1. www.aishwa.in (“Website”) is an internet based portal owned and operated by Aishwa Info Services Private Limited (henceforth, AISHWA) duly incorporated under Companies Act, 2013. The website is a platform that helps users understand and buy various services offered by AISHWA or through its alliance members (collectively the “Services”). These terms and conditions of use (“Terms of Use”) of the Website between AISHWA and the Users/registrants of the Website (“You” or “Your” or “Yourself” or “User”) describe the terms on which AISHWA offers You access to the Website and the Services through the Website
2. CUSTOMER DATA: For providing its Services, AISHWA will host data and information. AISHWA will not share, distribute, or reference any such User data except as provided in the Terms of Use, or as may be required by law. Individual records of User data may be viewed or accessed only for the purpose of delivering services, resolving a problem, support issues, or suspected violation of the Terms of Use, or as may be required by law. Why this Privacy Policy?
This privacy policy is published in compliance with
a. Section 43 A of the Information Technology Act, 2000;
b. Regulation 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011.
This privacy policy states the following:
a. The type of information collected from the visitors of the Website and the Users, including sensitive personal data or information;
b. The purpose, means and modes of usage of such information; and
c. How and to whom AISHWA will disclose such information
All Visitors and Users are requested to note:

While initially the User has full access to the website and can utilize some of the Services provided by AISHWA without creating an account on the Website, AISHWA retains its right to change rules of access at any time without any intimation. At that stage to have access to all the features and benefits on our Website, a User may be required to first create an account on our Website. To create an account a User will be required to provide the following information, which such User recognizes and expressly acknowledges is personal information allowing others, including AISHWA, to identify the User: name, User ID, email address, country, ZIP/postal code, age, phone number, password chosen by the User and valid financial account information. Other information requested on the registration page, including the ability to receive promotional offers from AISHWA, is optional. AISHWA may, in future, include other optional requests for information from the User to help AISHWA to customize the Website to deliver personalized information to the User. AISHWA takes User’s rights seriously and encourages User to use them if User deems this to be appropriate.

Due to the communications standards on the Internet, when a User visits the Website, AISHWA automatically receives the URL of the site from which such User came and the site to which such User is going when he/she/it leaves. AISHWA also receives the Internet Protocol (IP) address of each User’s computer (or the proxy server a User used to access the World Wide Web), User’s computer operating system and type of web browser the User is using, email patterns, as well as the name of User’s ISP. This information may be used to analyse overall trends to help AISHWA improve its Service. The linkage between User’s IP address and User’s personally identifiable information is not shared with third-parties without such User’s permission or except when required by law. Notwithstanding the above, AISHWA may at its own discretion, share some of the aggregate findings (not the specific data) with advertisers, sponsors, investors, strategic partners, and others in order to help grow its business.

1. AISHWA makes all User Information accessible to its employees only on a need-to-know basis, and binds all such employees to strict confidentiality obligations.

Part of the functionality of the Website is assisting the Users to access information relating to our services, translation, transliteration, generative text among other and services and applications based on some or the other Artificial Intelligence , Machine Learning etc based services. AISHWA may, therefore, retain and submit all such records to the relevant Users including use of the data to train, improve, refine its proprietary models Notwithstanding the above, AISHWA shall not be responsible for any breach of security or for any actions of any third parties that receive Users’ personal data or events that are beyond the reasonable control of AISHWA including, acts of government, computer hacking, unauthorized access to computer data and storage device, computer crashes, breach of security and encryption, etc.
